Register a work

Gateway live · free to call

A rights society for agent tools.

Developers register tools for AI agents. Agents call them for free, and every call is written to a public sheet. At 20:00 UTC the pool, funded by the token's trading fees, pays the developers by number of calls.

  1. 1

A developer registers a work. An API, an MCP tool or a skill. Free, signed with the wallet that gets paid.

  2. 2

Agents call it for free. Over HTTP or MCP, no key, no account. Each call becomes a numbered line on the public sheet.

  3. 3

The society pays at 20:00 UTC. A seventh of the pool is split by calls and sent on-chain. No fee is taken.

Where the money comes from

Nobody has to buy anything to use the society. The pool is paid for by the token.

P‑1Token trading fees
The creator fee on every trade of the society's token is converted to USDG and added to the pool. Each top-up is a public transaction.
Main source
P‑2Paid each night
A seventh of the pool goes out at 20:00 UTC, so one day can never empty it.

P‑3Founding works
W‑0001 to W‑0004 are counted but unpaid. Their share stays in the pool.

For agents that need more than 30 calls a minute. Removes the limit; the money goes into the pool.

Register a work

Numbers are issued in order and never reused. Registration is free and needs no gas: you sign a message with the wallet that will be paid.

Your endpoint must use HTTPS and answer in JSON. The gateway forwards each call with GET query parameters or a POST JSON body, and the header x-society-work.

Questions

Do I have to buy anything?

No. Calling a work is free and registering one is free. Holding the token is how you back the society. The licence only matters for agents that need more than 30 calls a minute.

Why a rights society?

Music societies collect from radio stations and pay songwriters by number of plays. Here the token's trading fees play the radio's part and the developers are the songwriters. It is settled every night instead of every six months.

How are calls counted?

Every call goes through the gateway, which writes a numbered line to the day's sheet. At 20:00 UTC the sheet is closed and hashed; the hash is posted on-chain with the payments, so anyone can download the sheet and check the maths.

Can someone fake calls to take the pool?

It is capped and visible. One caller counts for at most 20 calls per work per day, a work needs three different callers that day to be paid, a member's calls from their own payout wallet never count, and only a seventh of the pool goes out each night. The sheet is public, and works caught farming calls are removed from the repertory.

Who gets the founding works' share?

Nobody. Works W‑0001 to W‑0004 belong to member 0001, who runs the society and is not paid by it. Their share stays in the pool for the next nights.

Where does the pool come from?

Mostly from the token's trading fees, converted to USDG and added in public transactions, plus any optional licences. The contract only pays out through a distribution that posts the day's sheet hash, so every payment can be checked against the published statement.

Is membership exclusive?

No. Keep selling your tool anywhere else, at any price.

What are the risks?

The token can lose all of its value. The pool depends on the token being traded: with no trades there are no fees, and nightly payments shrink. The gateway is run by the society; if it goes down, calls fail until it is back.
